Your provided password will be hashed and afterwards stored in the database. The admins (or hackers?) can not by any means see your password uncoded (unless he/she breaks the hashing algorithm. Predictions say this will take about 100 years 24/7 on a normal desktop computer).
The system also doesn't provide a "hint" or security question, so don't forget your password because it will be lost forever.
Admins are capable of resetting your password or changing your data on request (see the contactpage). Once logged in you will be able to manage your data in the profile section.
